  13. When doing an inc and mail arrives during the inc, inc notices this and
  14. tells me after incorporating.  This leads me to think that with
  15. locking, it attempts not to garble the mailbox.  But I get a duplicate
  16. copy of every message that was in the mailbox before I did the inc.  In
  17. other words, inc does not remove the messages from the mailbox.

  19. This is on an NFS client of the mail directory.
