  14. I have used DALib under X11/twm with the following environment
  15. variable settings: (you should have similar paths in your system)
  16.  
  17.           GKRSHOME=/usr/local/dal/sun4
  18.           LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/dal/openwin-2.0/lib: \
  19.                           /usr/local/windows/sun4/lib:/usr/openwin/lib:/usr/lib

  21. I don't think you would be able to "rundal" without the latter
  22. variable set properly.

  24. Now I am using DALib under Openwin/olwm, which makes dealing with
  25. dialog windows of DALib easier, since you can dismiss those windows,
  26. whereas under twm destroying one window kills the whole application.
