  20. Does any editor allow the user to manipulate truly arbitrary blocks of
  21. text? Vi prefers whole lines of text, some editors permit rectangular
  22. blocks of text, but I have yet to see one that enables me to work with
  23. arbitrary blocks.

  26. blocks like the one below?
