  15. Many telephone companies, including Bell Canada, will be offering 
  16. ISDN demonstrations in connection with the Transcontinental ISDN 
  17. Project (TRIP '92) next week.

  19. TRIP '92 will focus on three major elements - demonstrations of 
  20. actual applications of ISDN, national interconnectivity of ISDN 
  21. through the interexchange network, and a series of activities 
  22. centered in the Washington area.

  35. The week of November 16-20, 1992 has been chosen as it coincides 
  36. with the industry's most extensive event of the year - the 
  37. Transcontinental ISDN Project 1992 (TRIP '92). TRIP '92 heralds the 
  38. arrival of National ISDN-1, the first ISDN service based on standards 
  39. accepted by all vendors in North America.
  40.  
  41. The week-long program includes a number of two-hour tours 
  42. scattered throughout each day, three or four per day, starting 
  43. Tuesday, November 17 through Friday, November 20. Each tour will 
  44. be hosted by numerous live demonstrations of the latest ISDN 
  45. applications. Each day, except Friday November 20, will end with a 
  46. one-hour Video Dial-up multipoint demonstration, between 5-6 PM 
  47. and cocktail reception, sponsored by Canadian distributors of 
  48. videoconferencing equipment.

  50. The program will be held simultaneously in the three Bell 
  51. Communications Seminars located in Toronto - Bell Trinity Square, 
  52. Ottawa - Place Bell Canada and Montreal - Place Victoria.
