  15. Cable and Wireless has recently changed their 800 pricing.  A new
  16. option allows no monthly charges and a per minute day rate of $.29.
  17. This comes with an ANI calling number printout at the end of the
  18. month.  Call set up time is pretty long, at least on my number.
  19. Probably not suitable for normal business applications.
