  11. We have a new SYNC line (@ 64 Kb/s) and at one end our Wellfleet Link node  
  12. router, at the other end a Cisco AGS+ router (owned by INRIA/Fnet).

  14. We want to use PPP protocol between them (or is any other protocol usable  
  15. ?).

  17. After connecting all, configuring (standard minimal config) and enabling  
  18. what's needed our router reports frames sent (one frame of 28 bytes every  
  19. few seconds) but nothing received... (not even a single byte). The link  
  20. does not work.

  22. The configuration seems to be correct on each side.
