  13.    We use "check-in", "check-out" method to our layout versions.
  14.  However, we find out that it is impossible to place a cell that is
  15.  NOT the  "latest version".

  17.  Does any one has a method of how to place a cell from a version
  18. that is not a "current version" ?????
