- There is a utility for Waffle which unbatches batched e-mail. It's
- called RBMAIL.ZIP. Here's the docs for it :
- --
- RBMAIL for DOS
- (C) Michael Bravo and Octopus Software Inc.
-
- WHAT IS THIS?
-
- This program is designed to handle batched mail in UUCP ebvironment.
- Primarily, it was intended to do as a supplement to rmail from Waffle/DOS
- package.
-
- RUNNING
-
- If you're running Waffle/DOS:
-
- 1) Put rbmail.exe into your \waffle\bin directory
- 2) Make sure that there is the following keyword in STATIC file:
- uuxqt: rmail rnews rbmail
- 3) Make sure that you defined temporary: keyword in STATIC file
-
- If you're running something else, then you're on your own - this haven't
- been tested with other packages. However it should work. You have to
- check that rbmail is somewhere on the path or in the right place for
- uuxqt to call it, that uuxqt is allowed to call rbmail, and that rbmail
- knows where to put his temporary files. Path to temporary directory can
- be specified in BSPOOL environment variable. If your equivalent of rmail
- is called by some other name, use RMAIL environment variable, like:
-
- SET RMAIL=sendmail
-
- Hope it helps,
- /\/\ike
- --
- I can't remember where I got the RBMAIL.ZIP distribution file from,
- but I can mail it out in uuencoded form if all else fails..
