- Does anyone have any details of the ruling or the ordinance? The rest of
- this post deals with the political (as opposed to legal) issues of
- the ordinance. It _seems_ Judge James applied "strict scrutiny" to
- the law. It would be interesting to see if this was the case, and/or
- how similar the ordinance was to Amendment 2.
