  26. Does anyone have any details of the ruling or the ordinance? The rest of
  27. this post deals with the political (as opposed to legal) issues of
  28. the ordinance. It _seems_ Judge James applied "strict scrutiny" to 
  29. the law. It would be interesting to see if this was the case, and/or
  30. how similar the ordinance was to Amendment 2.
