  35. The NDP are a good example of we don't need now. Just look at Ontario.
  36. Excessively minimum wages prevent many job entry possitions.
  37. Bill 40 will cause a migration of industry from Ontario. This is
  38. particularly the case with just in time manufacturing. If a parts
  39. supplier can not meet its contracted requirements an alternative more
  40. relable source will be found. Bill 40 indorses Unions traditional
  41. adversarial bargaining technics.
