- But there ARE English language schools in Quebec that English children
- are being denied access to!
-
- Are there any French language schools in Japan?
-
- If you move to a neighbourhood in B.C. where there is a French public school,
- your French-speaking children will not be denied access to that school.
-
- It is true that there are French communities in Canada that do not have
- their own schools, and in some areas there are sufficient French-speaking
- families to warrant funding such schools, but there is no legislation in
- ROC like that in Quebec that denies access to their own language schools
- for official minority language children.
-
- If you moved to a neighbourhood in B.C. where there was a French school
- across the street - would you keep your mouth shut if the B.C. government
- sent you a letter declaring that your children were "ineligible for
- instruction in French"?
