- Does this policy still hold?
- I specifically asked a CHP officer and he told me that a RECKLESS DRIVING
- citation will be issued depending on the safety considerations at the
- specific time and place - i.e. wet, crowded, low visibility, apparent
- control of your car, etc.
-
- What is the penalty for this anyway? I heard (from a friend) that they
- automatically suspend your license for one month.
