  27. Does this policy still hold?
  28. I specifically asked a CHP officer and he told me that a RECKLESS DRIVING
  29. citation will be issued depending on the safety considerations at the
  30. specific time and place - i.e. wet, crowded, low visibility, apparent
  31. control of your car, etc.

  33. What is the penalty for this anyway?  I heard (from a friend) that they
  34. automatically suspend your license for one month.
