  12. Anybody read the article in the paper?  (Either the OC register, or the
  13. OC edition of the LA times).

  15. Apparently, this judge dismissed a case, because (Laguna?) motorcycles
  16. have gasoline tanks which are painted a distinct blue, when the law says 
  17. they must be black and/or white to issue citations.  Otherwise, it's
  18. considered an illegal speed trap.

  20. The victim was going 65 in a 45 on (El Toro?) blvd.  (Hey, that's not
  21. too fast, what's wrong with these people?  That's a mere 20mph over!  B-{)

  23. The court thereafter received a flood of mail from other folks who
  24. wanted _their_ cases dismissed too!  (Can they do that?  I mean, 
  25. after the fact and all?  Don't they have to appeal within a certain
  26. time period?)

  28. The victim had a lawyer.  I suppose that helps a lot, but I wonder how 
  29. much it costs.
