  12. Does anyone know of a good reference that covers bootstrapping
  13. dependent observations? I'm looking for info on the legitimacy of
  14. doing the ordinary bootstrap (pretending independent observations)
  15. when there is a simple or complex correlation structure to the
  16. observations. Is it still possible to get the correct
  17. covariance matrix?
