- Kevin, here's the scoop on the CECI transaction. IBM ships this
- transaction (in CSD groups VSESPG and DFHINTER) with RSL set to 0 and
- RSLC (resource security level checking) set to YES. The net effect of
- coding it this way is that *nobody*, including the sysadmin, can use
- the transaction.

- I created a new group with the CEDA command and called it CECI. I
- then copied IBM's version and reset RSL to 24, TRANSEC to 64, and RSLC
- to NO. Whenever I need to use CECI, I install this group through CEDA
- INSTALL GROUP (CECI) to override IBM's default. Then I can use it,
- assuming I'm patient enough; you can bring the RES count down, but it
- goes up *real* fast when you're in production. BTW, I'm the only one
- who can use the transaction because of how I've got the CICS security
- keys and resource security classes set for my users -- I'm pretty
- careful about that.
