- The problem isn't having $x, $y, $z in any order, it's having
- an $x, $y or $z in a 6XX field, and then having a $a-$w. (For
- example, $t after $x.) This report is generally caused by an
- error in heading construction, not by a failure of the
- program to accommodate a valid heading.
