- I am using the "Quickie" Hand Scanner with an Apple IIGS with
- no problems at all. I did go through the tutorial in the
- manual with care to be sure that I did it correct the first
- time.

- I also use the Quickie with "InWords", the text scanning
- software and again am delighted with its action. I am able to
- scan a newspaper article and produce a text file with about 90%
- accuracy.

- If your device is not working - then you may have to send it
- back for replacement.
