  15. Jim, you are absolutely right but...some administrators want to know what
  16. others at similar institutions are doing.  Some just don't want to be trail
  17. blazers.  So, guess who gets to do the scut work?  Yes, it's Friday and
  18. what a week it's been.  People here are getting cranky and the library is
  19. too warm and I am just opening Tuesday's mail.
