- I agree 100%. The Internet connection is what we do not have, that we
- need now. I think the Connect*Austin plan is great except for the fact
- that the Internet connection is the last step instead of the first.

- As far as the IP address shortage problem, I agree with jsq. Its not our
- problem. Thats what the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) is supposed
- to work on. Our problem is how to connect up the public.
