  21. I agree 100%. The Internet connection is what we do not have, that we
  22. need now. I think the Connect*Austin plan is great except for the fact
  23. that the Internet connection is the last step instead of the first.

  25. As far as the IP address shortage problem, I agree with jsq. Its not our
  26. problem. Thats what the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) is supposed
  27. to work on. Our problem is how to connect up the public.
