  19. It is not widely known, but it is possible to pay in instalments.  There
  20. are also cheaper grades, such as Student (full time only), financially-
  21. challenged (used to be called Pensioner), and of course AR-free.

  37. You got it.  It's easier to say "I can't afford it!" rather than say "I'm
  38. not going to renew my membership because I think the WIA stinks, but I am
  39. incapable of forming a coherent argument, because Mr Ed has done it for me,
  40. so instead I'll say I can't afford it."  Boy, you should see some of the
  41. remarks on the rejected renewals that crossed our desk...
