  12. We are looking into the use of the PACSAT hole-filling broadcast protocol
  13. here for terrestrial use (BBS forwarding) on HF in country Australia where
  14. there are isolated and thinly-populated amateur communities.

  16. The client side of the protocol is freely available. We are now after the
  17. ``satellite'' side of the protocol, especially in source form, so that it
  18. can be tailored to suit our needs (i.e no need for telemetry).
