- Perhaps what we need to silence the unfaithful heathens is a new standard -
- the cost per BPM?

- Not many Victorians are aware that in a Jeff Kennet de-regulated market
- economy we may soon have to have individual contracts with the record
- companies where we negotiate value per music. Again only the rich will get
- value for money while the poor will pay over-inflated prices for their CDs.
- Whats next a poll-tax on CDs? A mandate from the people? Phooey.
