  31. How about having a good look at the floor model and if it exhibits similar
  32. symptoms go for another sony TV with a smaller screen size.  Sony TV's do
  33. provide very good pictures.  Somewhere in my memory I have a memory neuron
  34. giving me the feeling that the problems you are experiencing (apart from the 
  35. miss-colloration) occur in all domestic TV sets...but these problems are
  36. amplified in the large TVs.

  38. Just be pleasant and explain that you find the picture quality/faults 
  39. unnaceptable and you are looking for another replacement or a different
  40. size/model.
