  23. True, but then snipers w/o power armors are very fragile to 20mm HE....
  24. This assumes that the PA has good sensors and manages to spot the sniper
  25. in time. Also, if the PA has thrusters for long hops/short flights it might
  26. be able to get out of the way of a rocket fired from all but very short range.

  28. You also might consider that main battle tanks would be higher priority 
  29. targets for missile sniper teams than powered armor units. MBTs are hideously
  30. expensive to PA units.

  32. My preference, of course, would be for larger units like Mobile Suits or 
  33. BattleMechs. But those are a *long* way off (dammit).
