  11. Did you *really* expect a box-office hit to be an accurate adaptation of the 
  12. book???????????  I, for one, loved the film, and I really enjoyed the way FFC 
  13. worked in other vampire legends.  You didn't like the fact that Dracula had a 
  14. wife-- did you notice that she was named Elizabetha?  A reference to Elizabeth 
  15. Bathory, perhaps?  And you say that only Dracul was a member of the Order of 
  16. the Dragon-- I think (I could be wrong) that Dracula was involved with them as 
  17. well.  At least, he did fight the Turks.  And I liked laughing at Van Helsing, 
  18. just as I did while reading The Dracula Tapes.  I think FCC showed real talent 
  19. in working in different stuff.  Open your mind up a bit more, and remember, 
  20. the movie is *never* like the book.  Never has and never will be.
