- exercising in awhile. I tape her show from the LifeTime
- channel. I also like Charlene Prickett's show, ItFigures!
- also on LifeTime. Charlene sometimes talks too much for
- my taste, but she (almost always) shows a low-impact version
- of what she is doing and *encourages* people to hang in there.
- She used to do three days of aerobics (Monday, Wednesday,
- Friday) and two days of strentgh (Tuesday, Thursday).
