- Yes! This is absolutely true. I think you'll also find these
- differences between people who are overweight due to genetics and those
- who eat due to emotional reasons. There are quite different solutions
- to these. I've communicated to emotional eaters who tell me that
- something like WW just won't address the issue for them. Whereas for
- me, portion control makes all of the difference in the world. That
- is not to say that I don't sometimes eat for emotional reasons (but
- I think everybody does. Even my normal weight husband will gorge
- when really stressed out).
