- That's because it is hooey, Lauren. When I hear things like this I feel
- like "releasing the safety catch on my Browning"(**), too. Even this loose
- "burn off the fat" kind of language should be enough to alert one to the
- possibility of nonsense ahead.

- I must say this is a big pity, though. There is a need for a simple book
- that explains the physiology of fat catabolisis and the signs to look for
- while it's happening, and the Baily books were, according to some of my
- email correspondents, the only ones to try to do this. I can't get them
- here in Australia, but after hearing this I don't intend to try too hard.
