- I try to go to the spa to work out 3 times a week, but if I
- can't for any reason I work out at home. I tape Kathy Smith on TV
- at the weekends, she does the low impact aerobic workout that I
- prefer. This way I get a variation, and don't get bored with the
- same routine.
-
- I also invested in a York 2000 and excercise bike (both second
- hand and in excellent condition). These encouraged both my husband
- and teenage son to workout too.
-
- Just a couple of ideas for you.
