  11. one thought I would like to remind you:  scientific studies show that 98% of
  12. diets do not work.  This means that weight will be regained and sometimes you
  13. will end up with more than what you started with.   the diet industry is
  14. exactly what it says it is it is an industry....created to make money.  please
  15. be careful with them.  there is no reason why everyone should try to be the
  16. same size.  think carefully before you go on a diet.  there are ways of
  17. accepting your body without changing it.
