- Not sure how true all that is cause I have been reducing my fat
- intake for quite sometime. I know a totally fat free diet is
- impossible but my doctor gave me to go ahead to not add fat to
- anything I eat but use the natural fat that is in food. I, also,
- heard that you have to have fat to have a sex drive-so far no lost
- hair and my new SO is 19 years younger than I am-so no problems in
- that department either.
