- He is wonderful. When I complain that I'm fat. He says "Where are
- you fat?" Then I point to a place where I'm fat and he kisses it. :)
- He's very cute. He says that he wants me to loose weight so that I'll
- be happy because I'm not happy when I'm overweight.

- I don't want to diet because a diet is always a temporary thing. If I
- think that I'm on a diet then I think about the day when I will go off
- the diet. I have changed my eating habits considerably in the last
- year. I watch my fat intake. I try to stay at around 20-30 grams
- per day. If I go over one day, I make sure to cut back the next.
- I try to eat vegetarian meals when its convenient.
-
- I really think I have good eating habits. They could be better but
- then I would feel deprived and I wouldn't stick to it anyway. I'm
- sticking to these eating habits.

- I have a stair climber too. I also have a step aerobics kit. For
- a while we didn't have anyplace to set these things up. Now we do.
- I have to wait for my sprained ankle to heal first. In the meantime,
- I can swim.

- Its hard for me to do that when its cold outside. All the fruit is so bad
- and boring. I like apples, but I get tired of them quickly. Oranges are
- okay. In the summer, I live on melons and strawberries and kiwis, etc.
- In the winter, I just can't get excited over them. Also, I seem to crave
- carbs when its cold. I want to eat toast or crackers or pretzels most
- of the time.

-
- I agree that the results might be quicker, but I don't think thats a good
- enough reason to go on a diet. What happens when I go off the diet?
- I think, for all practical purposes, I am dieting. I'm just dieting
- moderately. But I'm dieting permanently, which is more important.
