- Polaris uses standard Mikuni fuel pumps. I have had this problem with
- my 707. A couple of things you want to check. Make sure the vacuum line
- that works the pump is ok. Chekc for cracks and leaks. Also, get the
- heaviest walled piece of line you can for this one. My problem was that
- the line would collapse under the vacuum pressure. The line comes off
- the motor just below the carbs. Stock, the line was not clamped on my
- sled so I put a little hose clamp on it to make sure of a good seal.

- One other thing you might check is to see if you fuel pickup in your tank
- is weighted enough to sit in the bottom of the tank. Just take a little
- piece of wire, bend a hook in the end, and fish the hose up out of the
- tank. It should have a little screen on the end. Make sure it is clear
- and that there is enough weight to hold it down in the tank.
