- A friend of mine used to do something sort of like this to fund-raisers and
- home shopping clubs on television. Dialing the same 800-number twice, he'd
- connect two of their "operators are standing by" folks and then watch the TV
- as they gradually realized that they were both in the same room [usually
- visible on-camera].
