  10. This is something I used to do to kill time a long time ago.
  11. I used to have two phone lines in my room, a house line and my own.  Apparently
  12. the wires on the second line were on the two pins that are normally
  13. unconnected, so by taking a phone line splitter and plugging it into the
  14. back of a phone, i could dial one number on one line, then plug in the second
  15. line and dial a second number and they'd be connected.  why, you ask?
  16. All sorts of fun.  My favorites were things like calling up two different
  17. grocery stores. ("A&P" "PathMark" "Can I help you" "This is PathMark" "This
  18. is A&P" (major confusion)) or any two competing buisnesses.  Also good for
  19. starting fights between people i didn't like for some reason or another
  20. (keep connecting them very late at night..."Stop calling me you ****" "I
  21. didn't call you!" and other such words to that effect).
