- About a year ago, Patricia O Tuama (in rec.arts.fine) recommended several
- books on this subject:
-
- "Legal Guide for the Visual Artist" by Tad Crawford
-
- "Business and Legal Forms for Graphic Designers" by Tad Crawford and Eva Doman
- Bruck
-
- "Handbook of Pricing and Ethical Guidelines" by the Graphic Artists Guild (for
- business and legal issues)
-
- I have also seen recommendations for:
-
- Stephen Fishman, *The Copyright Handbook: How to Protect and Use Written
- Works* Berkeley, CA: Nolo Press, 1st national edition, 1991 $24.95 US. USBN
- 0-87337-130-5.

- I believe that there were significant changes in the US Copyright laws in the
- late 80's. Basically the US adopted the conventions that the rest of the
- world has always used (?Berne Conventions?). I think I've seen a few other
- books on this subject recommended, but I cannot find the references to them
- now.
