  32. i'm not TOTALLY positive about the ruling, but the u.s. supreme court
  33. gave women the "right to bear (bare) breasts" this year, upholding the 
  34. actions of some women in rochester, n.y.  i know they had parades all 
  35. over n.y.state celebrating the ruling.  it was either allowing women 
  36. this right, or enacting a law that made it illegal for men to expose 
  37. their upper body. i would suppose that "ms. naughty" would have to go 
  38. through the mess of actually being arrested in order to assure her right 
  39. to toplessness.
