- I'm wondering what you're referring to here. I'm not trying to start a
- flame-war, I'm just curious as to what you know that most of us don't.

- : A greedy police department was another. The entire event was a public

- Something for the FYI drawer ... the person who got the idea to bust Grave in
- such a major way was one of the city attorneys. Two years ago he was living
- next door to a rental property which was inhabited by some frat-type
- students here at UWM. They held a fairly large party, which used to happen
- quite a bit in the area until this event. On a certain Saturday night this
- city attorney came home only to find this party going on. He called the
- cops, they showed up and asked the folks to tone it down. When the city
- atty. heard this he marched over, flashed his credentials and threw his
- weight around. The only reason this party got busted was because he wanted
- quiet. What does this have to do with Grave? Well, the individual in
- question has had a vendeta going on for years now as far as young people
- having a good time. I'm not sure how much greed plays into this. Many of
- the cops there at Grave just couldn't understand what all the fuss was about
- once they got inside and saw exactly who we were and what we were all about.
- Just my $.02 worth...
