  14. I recently purchase a BC560XLT from Target Store, would like to know is this scanner a good buy? Any way to receive 800MHz from this scanner?

Inside there is a list of frequency allocations range from 29MHz - 512MHz Band, I am interested in Police talking frequency, however, searching through from the P.D. or St.P.D. frequency listed between 29MHz to 174MHz, still unable to hear any police talk....This scanner has no search function so I have to key in the frequency manually.
  16. I am living in Minneapolis/St.Paul of Minnesota, I think I should able to listen at least some interesting police talking, like the radio version of COPs or CODE 3.
