  11. do the two of you have cable tv in your area?  if the signals are leaking from
  12. the cable tv system, you may be picking up the rebroadcast frequencies that the
  13. cable company uses in the lines.  technically, the cable system should be
  14. better shielded to prevent such signal leakage, but not everything is
  15. fullproof.
