  11. well, a voice scrambling phone might not be too bad.  however, if they're
  12. scrambling the voice the way i think they are, with a phase shifting device,
  13. there's no escape from me.  i have a device that takes care of the descrambling
  14. for me.  a little fine tuning is all that's necessary
