  21. cheese himself, or to browse through the House or Senate gopher server.

  23. What do we need to do, volunteer to go to DC ourselves and put this 
  24. together?  It is just not that hard.  Those folks have to have heard
  25. of the phrase "frequently asked questions", and the net knows how to
  26. deal with that sort of problem real easily.
