  11. Lets faceit.  The only reason that all the security is necissary is
  12. because of a few jerks that can't resist playing where they know they
  13. ethically shouldn't be...I bet most of us can get into places we
  14. shouldn't be but resist.  
  15. I am frequently involved in research between universities and have had
  16. almost no problem telneting to other peoples accounts.  I think that
  17. you will find most computer dept's. cooperative if you get hold of
  18. them before you need access, tell them who you are, what your doing,
  19. whos account you will be accessing and have the person who owns the
  20. account do the same.
