- Lets faceit. The only reason that all the security is necissary is
- because of a few jerks that can't resist playing where they know they
- ethically shouldn't be...I bet most of us can get into places we
- shouldn't be but resist.
- I am frequently involved in research between universities and have had
- almost no problem telneting to other peoples accounts. I think that
- you will find most computer dept's. cooperative if you get hold of
- them before you need access, tell them who you are, what your doing,
- whos account you will be accessing and have the person who owns the
- account do the same.
