- Making a rally car out of an old six banger may surprise you.
- When you compare it to some of the european engins of simular
- and smaller size of those days you might find yourself way
- outclassed. Rember they look at cubic inches (litters) and
- the europeans had 4 liter V-8's, 5 liter V-12's and they were
- originators of overhead cams and port injection, on stock
- cars. I think you would be better off sticking to the brute
- torque V-8's of american origin unless you want to spend 1.000's
- and not get anywhere. Why don't you think the american manufactures
- didn't get big on rallies back then?
