Well, kids, hold on to your hats. Here is the M.Bison seven hit redizzy I have performed it only once successfully, but I'm sure it can be done consis tently. It is as follows:
1) You must immediately recognize that your opponent has been dizzied.
(It should be fairly apparent after several good hits and that unusual
fall). Perform Bisons crouching roundhouse slide while your opponent is
still down on the ground so that you will not actually hit him/her, but
you will be right on top on them when they stand up and are dizzy.
2) While charging for a scissor kick, perform one standing jab punch.
3) Still charging, perform a ducking jab (It is my understanding that
you can land more jabs if you alternate between standing and crouching -this may in fact be wrong)
4) Still charging, perform another standing jab punch.
5) Execute the forward scissor kick (maybe roundhouse or short will work too). It should hit twice.
6) This is where the precision becomes hazy. I believe that following
the scissor kick with a strong punch will definitely hit (I know a jab
will, but it may not complete the combo) a crouching forward is also
O.K. I think. (Please, no flames, just possible corrections, I've only
done the damn thing once).
7) Complete the combo with a standing forward (Again, I'm not positive
this was correct, the guy was not cooperating and may have tried
in between moves allowing for me to hit him, where he could have
potentially blocked.) If all goes well, your opponent should be stunned again. (Repeat ad nauseum).
As a side note, I was playing against Dhalsim and I include the disclaimer that the guy was not "allowing" me to try this and may have
allowed me to land an ordinarily blockable hit, in an effort to escape.
Regardless, Bison is still a big weenie and is dogmeat for Ryu and Z.
