  12. Let's get one thing straight...this is alt.games.sf2 -- which is a discussion
  13. on Street Fighter II.  Let's see...I just discovered this section last week.
  14. It started with strategies and hints, a couple of debates about who was right
  15. or wrong on Chun-Li's helicopter kick, but for the most part...it was clean 
  16. discussion.  Now look at what's happened...someone decided to cause racial
  17. and political tension over the Street Fighter II demo screen.  Hey, if there
  18. is a problem with the game...CALL "CAPCOM"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If you're
  19. unhappy with the demo screen, since it has been POSTED that there are 4 
  20. possible demos (white punches black, white punches white, black punches white,
  21. and black punches black), let the arcade owner know...ask him to change it...
  22. but don't go ruining this article with liberal garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  24. Also, regarding the attack on the person who warned everyone about Guile's
  25. Jab-Jab-Jab (ad infinitum) kill combo...that really bites.  If a person cares
  26. enough to share his information...any information at all...that person should
  27. be thanked...not put down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yeah, I don't care how good
  28. a person is...There is going to be a way for Guile to get close!!!  Either
  29. that, or Guile and whoever will trade fireball/sonic boom attacks until time
  30. runs out.  Maybe this is a player who plays "the ethical version of SFII"...no
  31. throws, so special moves, just punch and kick combos.  I don't know.  I really
  32. don't care.  My point is everyone has their own style!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I
  33. myself can only make it to the second battle.  I played with Zangief and beat
  34. Ken (using the double lariat half of the time, the jumping roundhouse the other
  35. part of the time).  Guess what?  I lost to E. Honda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Don't
  36. bother to tell me I suck...I know already.  Maybe this person isn't Mr. "I can
  37. get 2 perfects for all eleven battles INCLUDING M. BISON...but nonetheless,
  38. this person is a knowledgeable Street Fighter II player.  If you don't want to
  39. help out, skip the article.

  41. Sure, everyone has freedom of speech and expression, but come on!  Use your
  42. freedoms responsibly!  Remember...freedom does NOT mean "Carte Blanche"!!!  The
  43. golden rule is still alive folks...Do unto others as you would have them do
  44. unto you!  Let's keep this as a discussion forum...go attack the way people
  45. play and the "racist" elements of Street Fighter II in "alt.flame".  Bottom
