  25. Perhaps I was to cavalier in assuming this was obvious.  But here's
  26. what I meant:  if I were to research the numbers of people with blue
  27. aura's versus the number w/ red ones, I would be making a BIG
  28. ontological supposition that people had auras at all... otherwise the
  29. question just don't make no sense.  Same goes with this snuff-film
  30. nonsense.  MacK isn't claiming to research the prevalent cultural
  31. myths about snuff-film conspiracies, she's claiming to research
  32. "snuff-films"... You can also make a pretty damn sure bet that she's
  33. not going to report at the end of "years" of research that there was
  34. no such thing as s-films... she's going to say that "although no
  35. concrete cases were uncovered, this was because of the extreme secrecy
  36. and conspiracy that underlies their production".. and perhaps that
  37. MacK had to stop her research because of the extreme danger to her life.

  42. No, if you've followed the whole antiporn hysteric effort to uncover
  43. such films over the last thirty or more years with absolutely no
  44. success THEN you assume there is no such thing.  The FBI, Dept.
  45. Justice, Congressional Committees, Meese Commission, not to mention
  46. various radfems have all tried to uncover such things in vain.  If
  47. you're intelligent you assume that something doesn't exist if massive
  48. decades long search fails to show ANY EVIDENCE that it does.
