- I always thought that the history of the second age of
- Middle Earth was the most interesting, but I've never seen much written
- about it. I know there was plenty of short stories on it, but never a
- complete set. Also, the early third age of middle earth seems to be somewhat
- scetchy.
- I know that the back of the Lord of the Rings gives a quick run
- down of the third age, but I would love to see more written on it.
- Was there a book written on any of this? I know the Silmarillion deals
- mostly with the first age. (BTW, was I the only person who got bored with
- this book?)
