  15. belonged to the son of one of the early kings of Rohan. ( I'm at school
  16. and don't have the book handy for the exact name.....) He rashly swore
  17. to enter the paths of the dead, did, and never came back. I believe that
  18. the reference is in the appendix of LOR dealing with the history of Rohan.
