  13. After Bombadil frees the hobbits from the barrow, Tom looks though the
  14. barrow-wight's treasure trove and gives the hobbits their Numenorean
  15. dagger/swords, Tom picks a broach out of the pile and says `beautiful was
  16. she who once wore this on her shoulder' or something like that.  I've
  17. always wondered ifanyone else has any idea who Bombadil is talking about in
  18. this sentence.  Does anyone have a clue?
